Do I need to be home?

No, with your permission we will perform the work while you're away from home. You will receive a notification prior us showing up and after the work has been completed, with before and after pictures.

How do payments work?

We accept credit cards or e-transfers

What if it rains?

If your service gets rained out then it will be re-scheduled to a clear day within the following week. If weather doesn't permit re-scheduling within the following week, we will notify you about the next date as soon as we can plan for it.
